MORRISON MOVIE MADNESS :As weird as this sounds, (or at least, it sounds weird to me!) I have just wrapped my third film, called Basement Jack. And I have another movie lined up for January 08 with a possibility or two of some other roles between now and then. I am humbled that I am being asked to act, and have to say that I have a great time doing it. Thanks to all who have, so far, made the experiences nothing but total fun.   STIMULATOR GET RESURRECTED :From 1996 to 1999, I was the frontman in a UK band called Stimulator. We toured extensively, signed a record deal with Geffen, made a great debut album in Los Angeles.....and promptly got lost in the Seagrams/Geffen merger and the record never came out. So I am hoping to make that album available here in the summer.   VIDEO: There are two new video's to watch, located in the FILM page. The first is a home movie that I edited during the 2001 Cult Beyond Good And Evil world tour. And the second one is a selection of clips from various things, including a scene from the movie Tripping Forward and the Discovery Channel documentary, The Science Of Star Wars.
     
  Gibson Guitars And The NAMM Show : There is an in-depth interview currently online at the Gibson Guitars website. Click HERE to read. Unreleased: I have started to work on the idea of collecting some of the tracks from previous projects that have never seen the light of day, and putting them together on one album. If it comes together, the album will be available on all the websites, including www.campfreddy.net and www.billymorrison.net and in selected stores.
     
 

VH-1: Keep an eye on the VH-1 'I Love The...' series. I make some random appearances on ...'holidays', '80's' and 'toys'. Other appearances on the same channel coming soon include a documentary on drugs and pop culture and an episode of the new reality show, Home James. More info as I get it.
     
 
Tripping Forward: I finally got to do a movie this past summer. It was a small role in an independant movie, called Tripping Forward. My character was a gay drug dealer, name of 'Sweaty Steve'! Marcus Nash, who directed the movie, was so encouraging, and I had a blast shooting my scenes. The IMDB link to the movie is here so keep an eye on the finish line, go see the film when it comes out, and listen out for some of the strangest dialogue on celluloid when my character starts discussing things!
